That loos great. Let us know how it works for you. As for the plastic end caps - you may be able to leave them (obviously I would prefer metal...) and put the bracket into the end caps on the Arana strut. An extra 66 lbs would be welcome relief. I'd love a 115 lb...but I can't seem one.

Ace's website says their are rated at 67lbs each (https://aceengineeringandfab.com/products/ace-jt-gladiator-upper-decker) I found these on Amazon at 125lbs. But they don't have the brackets on them - can you swap those easily enough...

The question is also will they fit the pre-drilled spots, if they are longer...

Took mine in for service yesterday. They kept it all day to check it out (and also look at a code my ODB II reader found). They updated the Powertrain Control Module yesterday, and still ordered the parts. Parts should be in around September 28th.

BlackVue does make an external, truck mounted solution: https://blackvue.com/product/dr750s-2ch-truck/ I am considering that, and mounting it to my Ace Upper Decker, if I can find a way to run the wire in safely.

Can you post a picture of your rear cam view? I'm trying to decide if I want the rear cam for looking inside the vehicle, or just outside.
