I went with Borahs (+25mm offset for the JL/JT) and 35" (well; LT315s because I couldn't get the 35x12.5 anywhere). Just the right amount of "poke". Also did the AEV 2" lift. Nice setup for what I want to do. Thought about 37s, but really didn't want to have to regear. I agree, tire costs...
