I like the profile of it and install was fairly straight forward. I will say, the paint quality isn't the best. So I coated it before install. I had to trim my disconnect skid plate in a 4 spots, fairly minor though.
I'm averaging around 24 mpg and lovin' it. I installed the teraflex bump (jounce) stops, and they have made the occasional bottoming out far better. You get a squish instead of a thump.
I didn't have any issues with the stock Rubi tires (Wildpeak A/T'S), and have since upgraded to 35" KO2's. I'm cautious as needed, but typically hold the speed limit during heavy downpours. It's been great for me.
I have 35's with a 1" level (no lift), and it looks like I could get away with a 37" tire. I've had mine out on some light wheeling last weekend and at nearly full flex I had plenty of clearance (sway bar was not disconnected). I'm not sure if a 38 would fit without a 2" lift or full level kit.

New 2021 Rubicon JT diesel here. I followed the steps, 4 Hi, Off-road+, then ESC off by holding traction button for a few secs. Rear locker locked right in. Thanks for this thread, I had no clue the Rubi's were updated to do this.
