Yep - stupid expensive, but they work. Installed the desert does it shorties. Just made an 8 hr tug only stopping for fuel (twice....towing). W/O them I would pop tylenol 8hr arthritis and still be crippled after 3-4 hrs. This trip no tylenol and almost no discomfort after 8hrs. I'm 5'-10"...
