Two car garage used Next Venture Motorsports 392 skid on his. Ozark Overland Adventures used Asfir for his 5.7. I used Asfir's 3.6 skid plate on my 5.7 and modified the engine mount straps. Not sure if the others needed to do anything on their installs.

Same with mine. Had all 4 doors replaced under corossion and now they pop when opened.

Only way to learn is to try, ask questions and conquer. The more you know about how these items are installed and adjusted, the more confidence you will have going offroad. Do not give up!

Glad to see you have it back now and had a good maiden trip back home. I had my 5.7 done by Exodus. Picked it up in the evening and drove it back to Kansas, 8-9 hours with no issues. Now go out and enjoy it, and keeps us updated.

12 - 13 mpg average. that is city and highway.
