It sounds like OP has no issue with BT working. He's the issue is the mic picking up background noise at speed.

The Bluetooth speaker, when connected in the truck, is part of the system. However, that's not what OP is discussing. He may not even have the BT speaker. He's discussing talking on the phone over BT and the person on the other end hearing noise.
