Oracle tailights are fine, I have all the flushmount, rteace track and the bmumber reverse lights, I would not change a thing.
But while you are considering the regear, maybe step it up just a notch, auto inflate/deflate tires on the move. check out this wayoflife video.
Many LED taillights comes with resistors, if needed and you are unable to change the settings.

Since you are planning oracle lighting tail lights and headlights- maybe consider changing the fender lights while you are at it and have everything LED (of course you may need to change computer setting with Jscan or tazerjl)

You May need to check that 6 pin connector behind the inner fender liner and see if it is seated correctly. Now a Question here, how did you connect that Quadratec lights, they normally fuse lights. If there is not a bad fuse. Check the bulbs, not sure if you are doing the halogen or LED...
