I have been having the same exact same problem. only 1 wheel consistently. I am trying to inquire with a a company that makes TPMS repeaters/signal booster for trailers to see if it would be a good supplement, I think the signals are way too weak.

I did not know that Wheel manufacturs may sell TPMS sensors that accompany the wheels. Wil;l look around for that.
