The Mojave does not have a front locker, only rear. If you already have aux buttons from the factory, I would leave it alone. If you need more buttons add them other ways. I have seen people install switches in the panel under the Aux and locker panel.
For example:
Voswitch JL400 Grab...
The challenge here is the factory features are all based in the CAN bus. This does not talk to the bus, so it will work for your accessories but pretty sure you can't connect up your factory locker with out serious hoops and you would also loose integration as well. I would just do the half...
I have boxes of those. Use the for changing oil, putting finish on my wood projects and other chemical needs. Best thing to get from Harbor Freight. I like the 7mm.
I have a 12 point 24mm, might pick up a 6 point when I am out warming it up running errands tomorrow. Plan the first oil change tomorrow when I get back. Almost 800 miles on it.
They have a mount or the 23 and older works, DirtRoad cred installed a bulletpoint in the new dash like that. Think they are right, that just pops off.
My understanding is CV joints should be stronger. I watched the longer video later, and I am not sold on their skill but I agree, the tires were just spinning. No reason for something to break. They plan to put it up on a lift and find what went wrong soon.
If I didn't get my Punk'n this was my second choice on color, seen a Bikini Wrangler and the color is nice. Looking forward to see some Bikini Gladiators rolling around and pictures!
Most dash cams are at most 1080 so that is not an issue. I have been thinking there is a large missing the after market head unit community for this feature. Cameras are better outside the vehicle and not effected by the windshield or rear glass.
Not a bad thing, I did a lookup recently on how to remove the plastic oil filter housing. Yea I have a few ways but wanted to make sure I did damage that chunk of plastic. Will watch it just in case there is anything I should know despite doing the oil changes on my JK for that last 15 years.
I have a Tazer already, not a fan but f the lasfit look nor that it isn't controlled by the head unit. Ilikebeng able to easily set it to always on or ignition and to remember the previous setting or not.
Not knocking the lasfit, nice product just not what I want. Only downside on the z one is...
Where this one shines is that it is OEM like and easier to install. Plus the control under the hood seems better. The lack of back lighting sucks, wonder why they don't have that working. Seems given they are on the CAN bus it should be easy to do.
WOW, they are stock looking, and function like stock.

Costs $480 total, you need the switchs and the Z Auxiliary kit.
Anyone try this?
OBDII should be amended with security baked in. TO access more than read only you would need at the least a password or something to identify. We the owner can set the owner ID, and the dealer has the MFG one. A dealer could reset the owner ID as well in case of loss, or change of ownership...
My first suggestion is Distinction Applied. They sell all sorts of color matched, and black is a color in that, parts. Might be able to get what you need through them.
