Oh I agree, but after sending him $35 for badges for a truck I don't have yet cause I'm waiting for the 3.0, her imagination will start to wonder on what else i'll buy because of him. On the bright side my father in law is a Jeep nut and has a couple Scramblers so it will fit in. :like:
It should fall back on the vehicle's insurance. Whoever it's covered under, if no one wants to fess up to being the driver, The insurance company still has a responsibility, assuming they're insured. If they're not, then the owner just a ticket for that.
Hopefully the OP can at least state if...
Doesn't matter if you brake checked him or not, what he did was illegal, not to mention fleeing an accident. Get insurance involved. Show them the pictures, and police report. Let your insurance work for you by getting his insurance company to cover the damage. Then you can collect a check or if...
Sorry I missed the updated poll! But the one I would have voted got selected anyways. As other have said, thanks for work you out into this, it’s great work.
I guess it would depend on the age of and which breed of Lab you have? Some are stalker than others. Our 70lb GSP can easily jump on to the back seat of my Sierra, 6" lift on 37's so personally we're not to worried about it.
As for the cleanliness, we use this in my wife's car, We keep one...
Then whats the point of advertising being able to forge 30" of water? Last time I checked, a seal, especially one made for oil/fluid works in both directions. I feel like your going to get and have already, a bunch of conflicting views on the subject. After completing a fluid check, milky vs...
I had a Toyota that would see lots of mud on an almost every weekend basis during the wet season and never had any issues come out of it. I did learn real quick to clean anything that rotates afterwards, and windows too if you plan on rolling them down. The mud also differs from region to...

Here's some I saw on a you tube video. They're adjustable so you can take out the rattle. Probably what I'll end up with.
I suppose I see the rating as a, here's what you can pull/haul to the trail...trailers, dirt bikes, side by side, boat ect. Not so much as a load it up and do a wash road in 4L at 45 MPH. It may be able to handle it, but I've yet to hear or read anything that suggest that's the case, and that...
I suppose It was a lack of clarification on my part. While yes the center of gravity would be higher and not optimal for the high speed performance aspect of the Mojave, even if it's and extra 200 lbs, you also have to consider in the gear that goes with overlanding. everything that goes into...
I agree the Rubicon would be better. And since your already planning on putting the $$ out for a lift, I believe you could reach out to a group like EVO and get a lift set up that can do both desert running/and rock crawling so that your set up for what ever situation your trips present.
I've...
One thing I question is why people would turn this into an over landing vehicle. Unless they're using a ground tent, adding a RTT would completely defeat the purpose of being able to go fast through the dunes and off camber desert trails as it's designed to do. as well as needing to beef up the...
I always understood travel to be the entire suspension system working together, from fully compressed to fully extended. And articulation/flex is the system working opposite of each other, one wheel on a rock and the other on the trail.
