Thanks! Yea, they did shine some light on the hood when they were mounted on the cowl. All the way around, I like the look of them mounted to the bumper.
I originally installed these on the cowls, but never really liked how they looked there. So I moved them to the bumper. I think they look so much better mounted there. :) This will hold me over until I'm able to get a new bumper.
Mine fit in the garage when I had the stock tires on but haven't tested it since putting the 35's on lol. But I bet it's too tall now. Mine BARELY fits with my soft top back but it's too close for me lol. The soft top clip handle hooks rub against the rubber seal at the top of my door opening so...
Looks great! I have the same rack and love it. I installed some lighting on mine last week that turned out nice. Hooked up to the factory AUX switch makes it so easy!
Install is complete and it works! 12V plug powers my air compressor and the USB's charge my phone. :)
I have the aux switches from the factory so I just wired it up to that. SO EASY! Thank you Jeep for offering the aux group!
I haven't had a chance to hook it up under the hood yet. Hopefully this weekend tho. I work for an aerospace company so we don't get much free time lol
Almost finished it up! Got the panel installed and the wires ran to the front. Just need to figure out which aux switch I want to connect it to. Here’s a pic of it installed. Turned out nice.
I just ordered a set of trail rails so I'm curious as well. I'm wanting to use the tie downs for sure, and my JCR bed rack will also mount cleanly with the rail system. I may have to figure out a different tonneau cover if I want to run one with the rail system. I don't think my current tonneau...
I’ve been wondering about that because I did notice today that the steering wheel is slightly turned to the left when I’m driving straight on the road. But when I let go of the steering wheel, the truck pulls to the right. You think adjusting the collar would fix that?
