  1. Blinking red Security Light

That’s just a security light letting you know the vehicles security alarm is working and is currently armed. That light will go off either once you unlock or start the vehicle.
  2. Took my Mojave to the Mojave

Nice JT and nice Coach! I drove through the Mojave desert at night in a rental GMC about 2 years ago. Went from Joshua Tree to Vegas. I’d love to go back out there in a Jeep at some point. Glad you’re out there having fun!
  3. Did you buy a Jeep that is a truck or a truck that is a Jeep?

I bought a Jeep that is a truck. I had been wanting a Jeep since the JL’s first came out, but opted for a Challenger instead. I Saw the JT at the LA Auto Show in November of 2018 and was blown away by it. It didn’t look like any other truck on the market. I definitely won’t use it to its full...
  4. Current $249 Lease Offer, Is It Worth It?

One thing to keep in mind with a lease is that you don’t *have* to turn it in. You can trade in a lease the same way you trade in a financed car. The dealer goes based off the value of the vehicle and the cost to buyout the lease. I traded my leased Challenger in for my JT back in July, and the...
  5. Miles to KM instrument cluster units change

This is basically a software versus hardware situation. Every FCA vehicle that runs UConnect has this setting on the digital speedometer regardless of market or physical cluster. FCA manufacturers 2 different speedometer clusters. One for MPH countries and one for KPH countries. It’s easier...
  6. Jeeps Parking Next To Jeeps

Just some Christmas shopping at the Westfield Mall in Brandon, FL.
  7. Two identical JT Sports have different fenders.

The rear will fit 35’s with no lift. The reason tire size is limited on the front, is due to the rake on the vehicle. The front is lower than the rear. On anything other than Rubicon and Max tow, the gap between the tire and the top of the fender is closer, which restricts tire size. By lifting...
  8. Well...

    Welcome to the family!
  9. Great and CHEAP accessory

You’re not the only one who’s using their JT as the new lunchroom. It might not have a microwave, but at least I get to pick what to watch.
  10. Two identical JT Sports have different fenders.

Max Tow gives you the wider axels off the Rubicon, and suspension components from the Rubicon as well. Both of these things allow you to fit tires up to 35” without needing to lift the front of the truck. However, I’m not sure I’d say that’s the cheaper route. There are a lot of quality lifts...
  11. What can we do for you?

Hello Benny, @AllMoparParts.com! I’m looking for two parts I haven’t been able to find, which are the glossy black grill and the glossy black bumper inserts that are part of the Gladiator’s 24W quick order package. Thanks in advance!
  12. Anyone done any kind of hood decal?

I went with @pixeldecals hood decals and they came out looking great and were super easy to install.
  13. Flush Mount Tail Lights

Hey, @Oracle Designs! Any development updates on the lights based around design #1?
  14. Two identical JT Sports have different fenders.

I replaced the entire housing, rather than just upgrading the bulbs, simply because I don’t like how the stock housings look. Compared to the ones I replaced them with they look like they sat outside in direct sunlight for 15 years.
  15. Aftermarket LED taillights

I’ve been waiting for aftermarket lights for us for a while. I like the way these look, but the photos in the listing look odd. Would it be possible to post photos of what they look like actually installed and turned on?
  16. Two identical JT Sports have different fenders.

I bought a pair of WinJet Renegade’s off Amazon for $180. They don’t require any type of flashing of any sort. The connectors plug into the bulb connector and everything tucks neatly into the housing. My only real complaint about them is I wish the turn signals were a little brighter...
  17. Two identical JT Sports have different fenders.

As of 2020, the DRL’s come standard on every trim outside of Sport/Sport S. Sport only gets DRL with Max Tow, otherwise you just get a single turn signal bulb in the fender. The Sport S comes standard with just turn signal bulb on fenders, unless you get either Max Tow package, or you get the...
  18. New JL color Chief?

It’s hard to tell, because colors aren’t the most accurate online, but it definitely looks like it could be the blue used on the JK Chief Special Edution. Edit: Looks like this color is actually on Jeeps sitting on dealer lots right now, it’s not quite the same as the Chief Blue color. I’d...
  19. Is Tonneau Cover Necessary?

I don’t have a bed cover, and haven’t noticed this occurring. Truck is parked outside so stuff falls into the bed, but I’ve never seen anything actually fly out while driving.
  20. Molded in color fenders. Sport S

I do some off-roading, mostly mud/bogs and sugar sand, but wanted the painted fenders for 2 reason. Firstly, I find the black plastic fenders hideous, and after a while they’ll start to fade and turn more grey. Secondly, opting for the painted fenders also gets you dedicated DRL and turn...
