So in a follow-up email, he states that this is not just the Jeep Wave program, but 2 years of free service. But, only if I rate 10 on every category. Frankly, I would truly rate them near 10, but not quite. Now, I want to rate them at zero's and take my maintenance elsewhere.

On the gladiator, it will just slide all over the place. So I zip-tied a magnet to one of the rails under the seat. Now the case stays snugly in place, but can be pulled out with one arm.
Well, stupid me. I didn't realize the left / right buttons worked on some screens. I saw the screen that showed 2wd / 4wd, but not the inclinometer. Oh look! There it is! (Sport S, 7" screen).
