Normal. When I had my Ecodiesel, I timed it to exact 3 minutes.
Initial hypothesis was that it may be coolant pumped to cool the turbo but later a couple of SAs from different dealerships told me it was fuel return.
So whatever it may be, no worries, it is by design.
My first oil change would be around 3500-4000 miles.
Then every 5000 miles or 5 months whichever comes earlier. Oil life remaining usually shows 50-55% in that schedule.
@Varooom, might as well secure the hood too. If someone can pour sugar in the gas tank, they can do more damage by adding something into engine oil through the unsecured hood.
My understanding is that even if the oil drains back into the pan, there will always be a thin film left on the engine components which would be enough lubrication before the oil pump does its job with a couple of seconds.
Instead of sticking the Velcro strip directly to the truck bed, I used a long static cling tape on the painted truck bed and stuck the velcro adhesive to that. In future if I want to get rid of this, all I have to do is to peel the static cling off - leaving no residue.
I went with this and very happy with it. Very light, non abrasive to the truck bed as it won't move and the payload remains in place. Very easy to install.

You can also get extensions to the side walls and tail...
I use a dash cam app on my iPhone called Driver. It uses GPS to display speed and the speedometer on my stock JT exactly matches the GPS speed on the dash cam app too.
I change my Jeeps often (mental illness my wife says ;)). Every new Jeep I bought have those scuff marks/scratches.
Not an issue at all. A couple of sprays with Rustoleum if you are really concerned.
Some have rust colored slag on some welding too. No worries.
The trend is for smaller pick ups.
Ford Maverick, Hyundai Santa Fe, Toyota is coming up with one which would be the lowest costing pick up, and I read somewhere that RAM has a small pick up being tested out in South America as we speak.
But frankly, if I am not going to tow, but use it as a daily driver (in hot Vegas) with light off roading in the desert, and stay well within the GVWR, do I need the heavy duty cooling fan and the 240 amp alternator, or would the standard fan and 220 amp alternator suffice without any heating...
Mojave is unique IMO. There is no SUV equivalent to it in the same price range. Bronco Raptor or F150 Raptor is of course superior but you can buy nearly two JT Mojaves for the price of one Bronco or F150 Raptor.
