  1. Using Stock Bumper Tow Eyes For Recovery?

Frame mounted with good hardware, never heard of or seen one damaged. I personally have been mean to mine, they’ve never let me down.
  2. Gladiator Paint Issue

Start over with a new dealer that has a paint shop. They’ll look the entire ride over then submit a claim.
  3. Vijay rear bumpers fuel carrier and spare tire?

This was an original design, and it wasn’t rated for a 35” + tire…I tracked down a couple of people who bought one of these. Amazon is their distributor, their website looked like you could by direct, but I did Amazon for the return policy. The upright has two legs that support the tire much...
  4. What did you do TO your Gladiator today? [ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS, NO GUN TALK]

Thanks I’ve been eyeing those as well.
  5. Doors-Off / Power Never Times-Out.

did you check to see if the top four fuses at the top of the diagram are seated properly?
  6. Doors-Off / Power Never Times-Out.

Chris is right, that is controlled at the door latch. I’m wondering if a Tazer would have that ability to turn it on/off?
  7. Doors-Off / Power Never Times-Out.

I’ve got a 2020 sport, I’ve replaced the head unit as well. Unplug the door harness but don’t remove the door or open the door. if you do that does the power time out? With the harness still unplugged open the door, does that power it down ?

  9. brake upgrade

You might check into high quality stainless steel braided brake lines. Almost no line expansion compared to the stock rubber ones. Also do you have an in dash break controller for your trailer? if not I would put one in. It made a huge difference on mine pulling my 18’ haul trailer and my boat...

What were you driving on your trip?
  11. Cargo Basket Roof Rack With Ladder & LED Lights! - by MONOKING

I really like this product, maybe on your 2.0 version, hinge those ladders just at the bed top and make them fold upward into the upper part of the ladder and lock in place until needed. Less likely to get torn off out in the rocks, tight trails and brush.
  12. The Un-Deleted Rear Seat - Custom Fridge Platform DIY

Great Idea! The only mod I’d recommend is trimming back your base platform where you have the forward facing fridges tie downs to avoid ankle damage when the seat is in the normal people hauling position. That area where you step into the back seat is very tight, especially with my big feet.
  13. NEW PRODUCT! JEEP JL / GLADIATOR UNDERHOOD PLATFORM ACCESSORY PLATE

Ok a few questions, 1. It’s a burrito cooker!, a little hinged grill to lock and hold them down on top of that plate. My 3.6 will bring well done in less than 2 miles. 2. aluminum plate aka heat sink over my engine, whatevers sitting on it or by it better have tinfoil panties. 3. the only main...
  14. Sun pie front bumper

Haven’t tried one, but a couple of comments. Website says the front bumpers are constructed with 5/32” steel, the site doesn’t say if the winch plate is thicker than 5/32”… that is not enough for a 12K winch! At a minimum with that winch it better have at least 1/4” steel base plate to sit on...
  15. When it rains, it pours, and not about Iowa weather........

Bill, Hang in there for you and the wife, better days are just around the corner!
  16. Sunrider question for those who have one

Upholstery shops use steam to manage and move rag top material around during installations, this might encourage your cloths pins fix?
  17. Sunrider question for those who have one

Is there a metal or synthetic structural piece inside of that edge? Or is it all material and stitching?
