  1. Rear suspension too soft on Mojave, squats

Great thread with lots of good info, thanks all. I have a question: Future planning for my Mojave include winch/OEM steel bumpers/RSI cap, moderate payload (3-400 lbs plus 2 passengers), and towing a small overland trailer, ~3000lb loaded, ~210-250lb tongue weight. I'm thinking the new...
  2. California Mopar tri-fold hard tonneau cover like new

ah, sorry sold a while back.
  3. MOJAVE Edition Gladiator JT Club

I should NOT HAVE LOOKED AT THESE PHOTOS lol those wheels are sharp!
  4. MOJAVE Edition Gladiator JT Club

I'm pretty happy with the 315/70 k02s I put on, they are close to the same weight as the stock 33" MTs that were on it. The truck is already a little challenged in the motor dept so I didnt want to throw on another 10-15lb of unsprung weight on each wheel. Sits nice and rides great. I didn't buy...
  5. MOJAVE Edition Gladiator JT Club

naw, I measured ride height before/after the steel bumper and the difference was negligible...maybe less than 1/8". Biggest difference was the ko2's.
  6. MOJAVE Edition Gladiator JT Club

Installed some KC Slimlite LEDs and the mopar brush guard. Wasn't sure if I'd like it but I think I do!
  7. Help, cannot find aux switch wiring under hood

Bumping this because I just had the exact same issue of the Aux wires being trapped underneath the battery tray, in my case. Had to remove the airbox/battery and loosen up the entire battery box to get the wires out.
  8. Yakima Outpost HD with RTT, Awning, Rotopax

Ok so I took a bit of a gamble and ordered up a set of Truxedo rails, an X15 Tonneau cover, and the Yakima t-slot adapters. Goal was what everyone else is trying to figure out: how to have a rack and a useable tonneau cover. The results are mixed, but I'll give it a try for a while: As you...
  9. Pic Request - Rubicon/Mojave back-to-back 33s vs 35s

how's this? OEM Falken MT 33's vs ko2s 315/70: diff angle but the ko2's look nicer with a shine:
  10. Swapping the Mojave plastic bumper with the Mopar steel bumper

I'm pretty sure that the "no trim" post was one of the ebay steel copies, not an OEM bumper. There is *no way* I could have made the Mojave skid without heavy trimming, with the JL Rubicon bumper I used.
  11. Yakima Outpost HD with RTT, Awning, Rotopax

Did some googling around, and found some z-brackets look to have the mounts sorted. I got these from McMaster-Carr: https://www.mcmaster.com/33125T842/ The bolt holes were a little larger than needed but the dimensions were about right.
  12. MOJAVE Edition Gladiator JT Club

Just picked it up from getting a ceramic coat / detail done, all ready for winter
  13. Yakima Outpost HD with RTT, Awning, Rotopax

er...nevermind, I'm a dumbass. This would probably work, going side-to-side on the crossbar, not front to rear.
  14. Yakima Outpost HD with RTT, Awning, Rotopax

that might work with longer bolts/spacers.
  15. Yakima Outpost HD with RTT, Awning, Rotopax

I might have something to show in a bit, I'll post photos and an update if it works. Unfortunately the crossbars are too far apart for an undermount, otherwise that'd work.
  16. Swapping the Mojave plastic bumper with the Mopar steel bumper

I had the same issues with an OEM Rubi bumper, and decided to just use the Rubicon skid that came with it. I kept the Mojave skid if I ever get motivated to cut it up to fit.
  17. Swapping the Mojave plastic bumper with the Mopar steel bumper

I scored a slightly used JL Rubicon bumper off craigslist, a couple scratches on it but nothing some touch up paint cant fix. I tried trimming the Mojave skid as others have done, but I have *no* idea how this would ever work. I would have to trim off the top 1/2" of the entire skid, as well as...
