Here is my problem, did all of the removal cut more out of the carpet so the mat fit in the hole better. Still have water coming through and wetting the carpet. Pulled the mat out and added strip caulk to seal the mat to the floor. still leaks on the passenger side!

The O.E steel can be run as a stubby. There are cheaper versions available online for like $489.00 with a winch plate. The finish will not last so I would paint / bed line for longevity. This version is Aluminum which may be lighter? Never did find a weight for it when I was looking...

Looks like you have the 2 piece flare which should work. My flares and lights would be too narrow to fit. My sport is the second lowest of low lol! I have power windows and locks. Your lamps should be wider and would fit.
