Just my opinion. Like you said, snowy climate, DD and not through snow covered trails/dirt roads. The best bang for your Jackson's (IMHO) is some premium studded snow tires.

I don't have air bags but I considered them at one time. During my research on bags I read people have put them in upsidedown on purpose, have to be careful routing the lines no doubt. Of course I went a different direction and have never done this myself. Good Luck.
