Hey all and thank you in advance.
Trailside, took a break to let the dog out and from the corner of the eye wifey noticed the broken liner, and then noticed the loos connector flopping around.
A, I have no idea how the heck that liner breaks at that location ...
No rubbing and definitely not...
Very true. It runs rich and idles meh, and additionally, the lpg system is not helpful... I will look into this... probably refresh the replacement engine, swap it in and delete the lpg and be happy, but at least I find the renix system fairly good to understand, we will see... I must say, it is...
Considering the cost of euro6 dpfs here in Eu and more than a few Gladis having trouble with clogging them, that can still be expensive... interesting enough you can get lifts fairly cheap and I just got a decent engine crane and stand for 300 bucks... I thought that would cost more...
Some stuff for the Jeep, some stuff from the donor jeep... uff
A lot of stuff...
What has me puzzled, gaskets make sense but the connecting rod bearings... I mean... don't you need to measure and get suitable ones... I mean and surely if you buy those you have a plan and you buy more parts to...
Very cool, a friend lost his key recently and he was quoted like 700€ for 1xneww key and programmin g that one, albeit insurance wants him to replace both keys and reprogram the system so the lost one is out pf the system... so you can imagine... heck, I will need to spend some time reading up...
It is not so easy to compare, but I will try
In Europe tires load range/index are marked like this - 121S/118S (so for ex.
BFGoodrich All Terrain T/A KO2 315/70 R17 121S/118S 10) instead of just saying Load Range E like I am used to seeing in the US.
121 means the load index for single tires...
According to our BFG rep the K02 BF Goodrich All Terrain LT 315/17R should be driven at 1,9 bar so around 27,5 psi, those are 35s. That is also backed by what a very reputable, big-dollar off-road customising shop near us states.
My experience backs this, and the higher the pressure the more...
Look at the bawarrion georise 45... I think that may handle more to how you would like
And you may have to also start upgrading your steering components... reinforced box etc.
Is there a guide or a video by chance? If not, would you write one, and what parts you had to use?
