Got mine done. Scored a used steering wheel off of ebay with all the parts. Also had ACC switch which I was going to buy separately. Bought the new wheel with red stiching though. So I now have 3. Waiting for the update to take place.

You have officially (or unofficially) have beaten oldest known version upgraded. I found v22.46 to be the oldest upgraded with this update without any issues.

I have never received any update for my 2023 either but my unit did not have the latest software. The Uconnect website said my VIN had the latest when it didn't. You have version 39.62 which is not the latest.
