Yes, that is what I have and YES I have the 8.4 radio and premium audio group. ON the sticker, the "Dual Remote USB Port - charge ONLY" is listed BUT, I actually plug a usb drive there and it is recognized as a music source.

So I have a Sport-S Max tow, and I DO have the usb in the back. I also do have the convenience package (and most of the others also, so not sure which one added that).

So they do make a Jeep wave HAND decal - I saw one on the BACK of the driver side mirror in a pic of a wrangler -- actually looks pretty cool!

So, I left it alone (actually about 1.5 days) and it is working fine now. Ghost in the machine I guess.

I'm wondering if they just don't KNOW to do that? Not everyone has had a Jeep before or comes to these types of forums. It's not like dealers tell you about it when you buy one...
