  1. LMAO Jealous people

I'm no GT40 expert, but I don't remember a single one having a "5.0L N/A V8", nor the Ford GT. Still unsure how manhood is affected by cylinder count, but the 660 Horsepower output of the 3.5L HO 6 Cylinder in the current GT is impressive.
  2. Spare Tire Delete

I bought one additional OEM wheel and installed 5 skinny 35's (35x11.50). I do 5 tire rotations and the spare fit's in the under bed location with no issue. I've had too many tire related issues in remote locations that a plug and air compressor would not solve, so I always carry a spare.
  3. Three piece hard top question

    - Yeah, The Toyota Tacoma is equipped with the technologically advanced drum brakes that were invented 120 years ago.
  4. Tool box?

I don't have a crossbed, but did remove the front trail rail to keep the box as far back as possible. One big thing to note if you decide to remove the rail - Jeep inexplicably used an incredibly strong double sided tape in addition to the mounting hardware to secure the trail rail. I had to...
  5. Show me your front bumpers!!

    Here's a few more.
  6. Jack Discussions Here

This is what I have found highly useful: https://safejacks.com/collections/bottle-jack-accessories/products/safe-jack-bottle-jack-recovery-kit-with-bottle-jack I have carried High Lift Jacks for many years, and they have got me out of some situations, but they are not great for replacing a...
  7. Tough Time Deciding What Truck

I own both. I've got a 2017 Tacoma as well as the gladiator. I put 50k miles on the Tacoma and my son is currently driving it. I've only got 6k miles on my Jeep. I've not had a single problem with either, though the Jeep is only months old. I'm not one of the folks that hates the driving...
  8. Tool box?

I did the same Weather Guard box. I'll add that it came with some "Blind anchors" that fit in the bed for mounting. They are pretty slick from the standpoint that it should be easy to remove, if need be. I was trying to think of different ways to mount using the trail rail or some other way that...
  9. Overlanding Gladiators - Need Help

You probably know this, but just in case - The Frame inside the ARE HD takes up a lot of interior room.
  10. ROLl CALL- How many have you owned?

1967 CJ5 - Grandpa's Jeep that I learned to drive on. (Sold) 1986 Jeep Comanche MJ (Sold) Can't find picture... 1982 Jeep Scrambler CJ8. 2020 Jeep Gladiator JTR.

ARB Bondi Deluxe. (Note - lower bash plate not installed in this photo)
  12. Sunrider vs Full Soft Top

I didn't vote in the poll because I don't have any experience with the soft top. I will say that I love the Sunrider so far. It's just so easy to put up and down. The only issue I have is that there needs to be a retractable sunshade available for it (especially for where you live!)
  13. Sport S Max Tow 4LO BLD Select Speed

"When you engaged select speed did it sound like a grinding noise or parts struggling to move? It always makes a noise of concern when I have tried to use this feature. Is that just the brakes being applied all the time?" I believe that's the ant-Lock braking system being used to control...
  14. help me choose lift

I just installed : http://evomfg.com/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=498 It's the Evo 2.5" Enforcer Overland. I've only driven it for two days, but so far it seems to handle all on-road situations really well. I've been on very bumpy county roads and 80 MPH on the Interstate. I'm on...
  15. Wheeled at Four Peaks today!

Thanks, appreciate the insight! Good luck with the Rebelle Rally!!
  16. Wheeled at Four Peaks today!

Looks like an awesome setup! I was hoping you could answer a few questions: - Are you happy with the quality of the Evo system? My builder is recommending I go with them, so I'm looking at a 2.5" Enforcer Overland setup with basic King 2.0" to run 35" tires. - On road handling and steering...
