  1. Geo brackets?

But again, why don't any of the lift manufacturers think the brackets are a necessity for a 2" lift?
  2. Geo brackets?

Any issues with ride or steering?
  3. Geo brackets?

With my steel bumpers, winch, and extra armor underneath, I'm pretty sure the AEV spacers will not be giving me 2" above stock. That's the minimum height listed for the Rancho brackets....
  4. Geo brackets?

I'll be installing an AEV spacer lift soon, so I'm researching the various options. My question is in regards to the various geo brackets. If they're so important to a good ride, why don't any of the manufacturers of 2-2.5" lifts (including Mopar!) include them in their kits? Thanks in advance!
  5. My review of BFG KO3's after 2500 miles

My Falkens were getting worn at 29K, so I put a set of KO3s on this morning. And wouldn't you know it, we got our first snowfall of the year today. They did great in heavy wet slush! I've always liked the KO2s for places like Colorado and Moab, so I'm looking forward to seeing how these do too...
  6. Recovery point?

Understood In all honesty, I can't imagine ever needing to use those bumper recovery points. My first choice for a rear attachment point will always be my receiver shackle.
  7. Recovery point?

They go all the way through and are welded on the back side and are tied in with an extra frame bracket.
  8. Recovery point?

The bumper is a Barricade. I'm sure they don't list any tested results for their recovery points.
  9. Recovery point?

I thought of that, but the hook part sure wouldn't hold a standard tow strap. It may hold a metal snatch block?
  10. Recovery point?

So...what is the purpose for this shape of d-ring mount on a rear bumper? I'm curious about the large radius on the outside edge. Is there a reason for this or is it just a different design? Thanks!
  11. Broken rear sway bar frame mounts

Installed the Metalcloak brackets just now...preventing the problem, as I've had the JT for 3 weeks. :)
  12. Bumper configuration...

No, the ones I saw had rear bumpers that looked just like my OEM one.
  13. Bumper configuration...

This is my first JT, and my first wheeling trip with it. I'm in Ouray and have seen several JTs. All but one were still running the factory rear bumper. A few had aftermarket front bumpers with a winch. In my thoughts, the rear bumper should be upgraded first on these trucks due to the longer...
  14. At what point are additional skids needed?

I installed the Rustys today on my '21 JTM. I use a long screwdriver and taped the nut to the end. After cutting out the bolt hole, it worked great!
  15. Rusty's vs Rock Hard - frame side rear control arm skids

I put the Rusty's skids on today...no drilling needed. Mine is a 2021 JTM
