With my steel bumpers, winch, and extra armor underneath, I'm pretty sure the AEV spacers will not be giving me 2" above stock. That's the minimum height listed for the Rancho brackets....
I'll be installing an AEV spacer lift soon, so I'm researching the various options. My question is in regards to the various geo brackets.
If they're so important to a good ride, why don't any of the manufacturers of 2-2.5" lifts (including Mopar!) include them in their kits?

My Falkens were getting worn at 29K, so I put a set of KO3s on this morning. And wouldn't you know it, we got our first snowfall of the year today. They did great in heavy wet slush! I've always liked the KO2s for places like Colorado and Moab, so I'm looking forward to seeing how these do too...

In all honesty, I can't imagine ever needing to use those bumper recovery points. My first choice for a rear attachment point will always be my receiver shackle.
So...what is the purpose for this shape of d-ring mount on a rear bumper? I'm curious about the large radius on the outside edge. Is there a reason for this or is it just a different design?
