Well that’s probably better info than I got! And yet this morning when my salesman checked the status of my ‘21 order it’s still showing D1 with a build date of 8/19. I suppose that’s gonna change now.

I suppose that’s part of the reason I like living out in the country. I waive to everybody, no matter what kind of vehicle they’re in, and everyone else does the same. It’s funny, you hear the same thing on motorcycle pages about whether people should always waive to each other or not depending...

Jeep’s are like AR15’s, buying one is only the beginning, and it’s expensive. But oh so worth it once you make it “yours”.

My order was placed for a ‘21 JTM on 7/8. I had a VIN on 7/9, and now in D1 status with build date of 8/21.

Mine also did NOT go through. I was a little frustrated with him, but it is what it is. He’s giving me the price we agreed upon, and throwing in a bed liner and tonneau cover for the trouble. The ‘21 is now in D1 status with a build date of 8/21/20.

I’ve been out of town and phone signal for work since last week so I haven’t been in contact with the dealer yet. He said he would let me know when he had a VIN number, but I don’t see any emails yet. I’m not sure how long it usually takes to get a VIN.
