No I didn’t want to remove my light bar bracket - I ran it through the side cowl cover, under a piece of trim below the grab handle and under the grab handle trim. It’s pretty clean.
Installed my new Voswitch JL400 - what a mess the old wiring was. I have LED roof light bar, LED hood lights, LED bumper lights and LED pods in the rear bumper (I’ll finish the new wiring on those tomorrow). It was like this when I bought it but the wiring and 4 separate switches were all...
My Voswitch JL400 set up just arrived today. Can’t wait to install and eliminate the spaghetti wiring running all over my engine compartment and streamline my switch locations.
I made my own with allot of the items @cutter1138 noted but he has some good things I’m going to add to mine too. I also have a surgical kit with scalpels, stitches, etc for minor emergencies. Keep it all in an ammo can I’ve been using since my ‘08 JK. I do cycle out items that expire so...
@ShadowsPapa Thank you. Unfortunately I assumed the batteries would be fully charged when I got them. This might be the issue. Appreciate all your knowledge and insight. Thanks-
Looks like this issue has hit me now. 2020 Sport S 36,770 miles. The battery was going so I decided to proactively change both the main and aux. Jeep in mind no issues with any functionality to this point. After the change truck started fine but sat at 12.7V. Drove fine over 2 days then...
New batteries - my main one is starting to have trouble after sitting overnight and slowly losing voltage each day. Figured I’d replace the aux while I’m at it. $50 off and free delivery through O’Reillys.
Yakima bars on my ARE cap with Malone kayak cradles. Although I need to use a step ladder to get ‘em on and off. I’m 6’5” but it’s a pretty high reach.
