I went and looked at them and I agree with you. They do look much better. I like the way they look fully integrated and not start in the middle of the top. Guess a cheap mod just costs more lol.
Mopar sells them way cheaper or is there some big difference. The word on the street is order 4 fronts and mod the ones you mount on the rear.

I am going to get the Mopar ones. The threads all say to buy two sets of the fronts and you had to do a little relief cut when you put the fronts on the rear, but they fit much better. And yes, need the rivet gun.
Update: I kept thinking about it and did some searches. What I found was 2 things. (1) When I initially placed it and had not secured it, I did not have the issue. I had also tested water resistance with a bottle of water on the tailgate and it was fine. So I think when the final tightening...
I picked up a Rough Country (47620500A) Hard Low Profile Bed Cover from FB Marketplace (new in box). The install went well. Many of the videos of install online have different attachment methods, than the one I have, but it is pretty basic install. My issue is that there is a little gap/play on...
oh thanks for that picture. I kept thinking it was on the hardtop which makes no sense! I will make sure to mark where it is on the hard top when removing.
Thanks. I am debating buying an AGM Aux battery. I am under warranty so I do not want to disable it until after I am out of warranty to make sure they have no reason to not repair something.
Thanks for the pics. You definitely added way more sound deadener than other installs that I have seen and I want to do the same. This and a bed cover are my next two projects and the pics really help. Where is the Satellite antenna located? The white section you left exposed in the middle of...
Thanks Sarge. Guess I did not realize it was the Switchback (though it is in the title LOL). I had seen that thread, but had watched the video when I first bought the Gladiator and did not realize it was the Switchback (I think I would see the pics of yours in the middle of the thread and skip...
Does anyone have the Diamondback switchback cover? If so, can you post some pics and thoughts on it? I like the ease of flipping the cover on itself to get more open bed space as opposed to how it lifts up (would have to take off the panel at the hinges to get the open height space).
I bought a 2022 JT Rubicon with 11k miles and per the CarFax, 1 owner. It had some mods and I believe they were done by Elite Jeep (appears there were some dealer to dealer sales and ended up their, where they put the mods on and sold it). Mods are a 4" Ready Lift with Falcon shocks and 37's on...
Thanks for your concern. Did the prep on the weekend and pulled in the furniture this morning. Got a new mod for the Jeep: Yellow jerry can for diesel!
Been in Tampa since the early 80's. We have the Hurricane prep down. Last year, Hurricane Ian, was the one that I thought we would take a...
If I can get my wife to stop driving it, I might be able to hook it up to the charger! We have a hurricane coming so I will get some time with it at home to test and hook up the charger.
