When in doubt, replace it all and remove the possibility for issues later.

Simple answer, hard to speculate as the dealers or corporate can change deals day to day based on inventory and rates. Historically, its either high trim or the base stripper models are the only ones that get killer discounts........so the middle of the pack trims get little pricing action.

Do the Mopar lift for the ease of it, plus it comes with the remote reservoir Bilstein's (8100s I believe), plus the wife won't argue with dealer parts, installation and warranty. Save that stress for other things LOL
