Looking for a resource to help decide the lift I want. Other than going to each website individually, is there anywhere I can better compare each?
Likely choosing between Clayton/metal cloak/rock krawler for a lift that can accommodate 37-40’s
thanks!
This post completely ignores pricing. What are you getting a bison for? 65? I’m in a new rubicon over 20k less than that.
20k of upgrades on the Rubi and you wouldn’t touch it with a zr2 from a performance standpoint.
I just went through GTFOverland. I ordered Saturday and it got to me halfway around the country by Thursday. Paid like 25 bucks for 2 day shipping which seemed like a steal for 230lbs of freight.
I just ordered the RSI evo D Defender… for some reason it’s 1k lower than the others. I think due to the fact there are no windows.
anyone have this model?
I just brought home a 24 rubicon. MSRP 65k, sales price 44k, OTD 50k. 5k of that was my stupid Colorado taxes… pretty decently optioned honestly. Got everything I wanted. Love the new screen compared to my old screen and love that they got rid of the red dashes
Driven a ton in the snow and don’t recall ever having any issues….only time I had an issue was once when I drove a hundred miles through the mountains at night and couldn’t see well when my lights normally illuminate everything… turned out I only had the DRL’s on the whole time ?
Uhhhh I live in Colorado also, not even with 4.10 gears but my 3.73 gears do just fine loaded up with 35's on the mountains. Just drove from Denver, to BV and up into the forest to get away for the weekend. Averaged 20MPG and I have a LEAD foot. Easily hit 90 going up hills on 285, etc.

So I need some sliders, currently have my overland steps on still. But now that I’m in the Rockies I need to have legit sliders
someone I met said not to get bolt on ones but to get actual frame mounted ones.
any idea what exactly that means,? Does frame mounted mean welded?
Also, does anyone...
