  1. What did you do TO your Gladiator today? [ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS, NO GUN TALK]

Do you know if this only applies to certain year vehicles? Should I be worrying about my '23? Edit. After reading more. looks like it applies to the 2020 and 2021 models. Wonder if anyone has had this issue with later models.
  2. Retirement Edition Mojave.

My wife and I met in August of 1980. Hard to believe its been that long ago. She is not a car person like me but she did love her mid 80's camero. I've been on a couple of trips to Charleston about 5.5 hours away since I bought mine and have a trip planned to Orlando FL in June. Love the way it...
  3. Retirement Edition Mojave.

Thanks Steven. Actually when I first started looking, I really liked the granite crystal metallic. But when I saw a sarge green one day in the bright sun light I was sold. Instantly became my first choice so the search began and here I am. I agree that its strange how they change the color...
  4. Retirement Edition Mojave.

Had the same thought when I bought mine a few months ago. Even though I'm a couple of years away, I bought this as my soon I'll be retired vehicle. First ever Jeep and so far I am loving it. It drives great and I look forward to driving it every day. Even though I have never served in the...

That's awesome. Congrats and hope all goes well when the time arises.
  6. What did you do TO your Gladiator today? [ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS, NO GUN TALK]

While I have been lucky and never had back issues (knock on wood), my Father did so I completely understand. I had a major leg injury a few years back that still gives me problems at times. It's nice to have something that helps get in even if it's at stock height. Hang in there and I hope you...
  7. Keep the mud on your tires NOT your sound system.

LOL. Yea I completely understand where you're coming from. I'm older than you and have had my share of loud music myself through the rock and roll years. I know sound is subjective but I think I'll give them a shot. The guy at Crutchfield said I could easily swap them out if I wasn't satisfied...
  8. Keep the mud on your tires NOT your sound system.

That's great to hear. I have heard that some people think the high's are too much but others love the sound. Are the high's overwhelming to you or a good balance? Was thinking the Infinity or the Kenwood Excelon KFC-X3C
  9. Keep the mud on your tires NOT your sound system.

LOL. Yea I saw that. He mentioned doing a test on them so I was just curious the results. Maybe you're just a trouble maker and everyone knows it.
  10. Keep the mud on your tires NOT your sound system.

Did you happen to get your Infinity speakers installed and do any test? I have been leaning this direction and just curious about the results and if you are pleased with them. Also are you talking about the Infinity Reference REF307F speakers?
  11. What did you do TO your Gladiator today? [ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS, NO GUN TALK]

Great advice and I am the same way. Anytime I need to clear my head, I jump on my street glide and go for a lengthy ride. Maybe not as lengthy as yours but it helps me as well. Time to yourself to think and process things.
  12. What did you do TO your Gladiator today? [ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS, NO GUN TALK]

So sorry for you loss. Been there done that. It will get better but may take some time. Thoughts and prayers to you and your family. Great looking ride. Hope some day to take off my top and doors for a ride. It will definitely do you some good to get out and enjoy the fresh air. Hang in there.
  13. What did you do TO your Gladiator today? [ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS, NO GUN TALK]

Thanks for the info. Only had my jeep for about 4 months and first one I've owned. I'll have to do some reading at some point to get more familiar with the vehicle. Just never knew what I was trying to do today would be an issue. Now I want to go back outside and jack up the truck again. ?
  14. What did you do TO your Gladiator today? [ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS, NO GUN TALK]

No I did not do that. I thought about that later. Not sure if that's the solution to spin the tire. All my other 4X4 trucks were not like a jeep with a lever to engage so that didn't enter my mind while working on the Gladiator.
  15. What did you do TO your Gladiator today? [ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS, NO GUN TALK]

Did something to my Gladiator today that I never thought I would have to do. So I rotated my tires yesterday and when the wife and I left to go out on an excursion today, there was a thump thump thump which sounded like it was coming from the right rear. I got out and looked and saw nothing. So...
  16. What did you do TO your Gladiator today? [ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS, NO GUN TALK]

Installed replacement RC lights that I received since mine had moisture inside after only a few weeks They replaced them with no issue. Changed the oil & filter, rotated the tires then gave her a bath after a week of travel. While drying her off, I noticed that someone had hit my rear bumper...
  17. What did you do TO your Gladiator today? [ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS, NO GUN TALK]

Gotcha. That would be a good option for sure. I probably would have gotten that over the clear ones I bought even though I like them. I wasn't sure if you wanted tinted lights or just tinted reflectors on the rear.
