I went with an OEM Mopar steel front bumper off of a Rubicon,and Zeon 10 winch w/synthetic line, and installed Mojave X front springs to account for the increased weight. This setup works well for me on my 2021 Mojave.

I think the HD weighs around 115 pounds for the front and rear panels and center piece that clamps to the truck. I carry about 100 lbs of recovery gear and power tank under the tonneau.

The bolt for each of the lights is press fitted through the bracket, and the U-shaped light bracket attaches to the bolt. The bracket extends another inch or so beyond the back of the light housing so you will need to take that in account. You might be able to drill newer holes below each bolt...

The bracket is about 2" high (top to bottom edges), and is grill width. It attaches to the bolt holes at the top of the metal lip above the radiator, with the "wings" of the bracket bolted on each side of the metal frame behind the grill. I cannot envision any way this bracket could be mounted...

Yes, I had one about 6 inches higher on that panel, and the repair involved a very small access hole that was plugged.
