Just heard back from the service manager. It looks like the truck has a faulty PCM causing a fuel injector to stay open. They need to replace the PCM and obviously it's backordered. Doesn't look like I'm going anywhere anytime soon :headbang:

According to both the October and November order guides, you can order Max Tow on Sport (24B), Sport S (24S) or Altitude (24T). Now whether the order system will allow it is a different issue.

Being new to towing and brake controllers, it is surprising that wired BC don’t act on input from the brake pedal rather than “guessing” based on perceived deceleration. That should be their main advantage over a wireless BC like the Echo.
