I had to remove the tazer for interfering with an ecu tune.
Thus I’m back to having nanny traction control.
it’s an absolute hinderance if you know how to drive: I the sand dunes I overheated all 4 brakes due to the stability and traction control kicking back in when wheel speed hits a certain...
Get a banks idash and run a regen. If you SL % doesnt go down it could be a bad dpf. Also you can check exhaust PSI and see if its ridiculously high or not. This is pressure in the exhaust. Not sure how it calculated this but it does go down.
do it now. your engine will thank you. The dealers cant fix these jeeps anyways your going to be on your own for most repairs or without a vehicle for 3-6 months.
I went to checkout had this in my cart for a long time. Up 200$ and still no powder coating. Going with another option thats ridiculous pricing for a tube bumper. Its not aluminum or formed its simply toob.
So...Mine had the same seeping oil at that location. I noticed it around 10k? while doing the lift....It somehow went away and hasnt leaked anything since and I am at 40k.
Super odd but it never dripped it was simply "wet".
FYI your ecu doesnt need to be cloned you can send in a blank one or previously flashes/used one.
EOC is a vendor for mrtuning mrtuning is the one doing all of the tuning on the ecu's. If you need anything "custom" outside of the normal box tune it can be.....difficult to get done. Also HP...
The diesels overheat stock unloaded on hills. Unfortunately the little extra airflow doesn’t matter as the factory fan and shroud move as much air as you can get. I’ve run no grill and still overheat oil temps.
I would only recommend the falcon shocks if you have soft springs like me (metal cloak lift). The falcons will not work well with a very stiff spring you will end up with a harsh feeling on sharp bumps/expansion joints etc. They would favor softer springs like metal cloak, or teraflex. If you...
The wiring in these Jeeps is soft. Multiple people having issues with broken wiring around the doors and door pins. Imagine if the heat wrapping is melting what’s going on inside this harness. I bet alot of issues people have with derates are from that stupid wiring.
I have heard that the recall fix is just to pop open the pump inspect for metal. No metal = leave it and sign off. Metal = new pump with some improvements for wear surfaces. This was per a service advisor at a ram dealer. Nothing formal either way.
