Does this still apply if you keep the vehicle for 10 years or more? My wife and I usually finance new vehicles for 4 or 5 years and usually manage to pay them off early and drive them for at least ten years before passing them on. Our last two new vehicle purchases were well above 25k.
This one was in my area several years ago. I wanted to buy it but the owner had no plans of selling it at the time. Not sure of the year. Wish Chrysler would consider selling a modern version of the Willys truck, regular cab with 6 or 7' bed. That would be ideal for me.
Early Wranglers didn't come with the hood insulation from the factory. I think Jeep started using the hood insulation on the JK models to reduce engine noise. I still have the insulation on my JKU but a couple of my friends took theirs out early on as it makes a nice home for little critters...

Will Jeep offer the Gladiator in other cab/bed configurations such as the J6 concept or an extended cab with a longer bed? It seems to me, with my rudimentary research capabilities, that the truck market is ready for the return of a small, tough, nimble, off-road capable pickup truck. Please...
Lying about a wrecked vehicle doesn't sound legit to me, owner or dealer. I suggest to the OP to dismiss your advise and be honest with any future transactions regarding his repaired vehicle.
Yes, not a good idea. But if you do decide to go forth with a "UN" style rig, you might want to consider having the UN letters and other markings made from the magnetic vinyl sign material. This is what a friend has done with his Michigan State Police Mustang. He only has the state police...
Yah, it's fairly sparse on content compared to what they normally publish. It doesn't even contain the AEV items installed on the Brute thats on the cover.
I received a new catalogue in the mail from Quadratec yesterday and was glad to see the new Gladiator on the cover. It wasn't until today that I noticed it wasn't actually a Gladiator but rather a AEV DC Brute. The caption saying for "Jeep Wrangler & Gladiator" kind of through me I guess. I...
