I will see later. He said it was way out of alignment. Just drove it off the lot a month ago... Have to pay for it too. Truck definitely has the aluminum steer box.
Did y'all have to pay upfront for the replacement or is it a warranty repair?
Just dropped mine off at the dealership. Didn't sound to hopeful about getting it done. Service advisor said they will do an alignment first etc...
May have been. This thing had already been installed by the dealer. Same crap like nitrogen filled tires. It's a jeep, I'm going to let the air out...
The company markets these to the dealers as a way to get people back in for service.
It would work. But from what I gathered the dealership has a main hub that has the Vin number and contact info of who they sold the car to.
I knew it was there when I bought it and asked for it gone. When I didn't see it on the sales documents I thought they had.
Removed this POS from my OBD port. Elo GPS tracker installed by the dealer. It was a dealer added option that they wouldn't remove or budge on. Looked over my sales documents and I do not see it added.
Supposed be like lowjack for you car and read diagnostic codes. But it's also sharing...
The JTs have some good armor on the underside on the transfer case and gas tank. I'm completely stock as well. I mostly hit on the first cross member, transfer case skid and first half of the gas tank skid. Pumpkins have been fine.
I will be adding a oil pan and transmission skid and rear...
Bought a used 1.5 inch leveling kit. When I received the item I found out that the bump stops where not in the box.
Do I need them? Going to install it on my overland JT with Rubicon coils and stock sized tires.
