Hendrick Jeep in Fayetteville NC did in fact build a JK for the military to test, with the possibility of a contract. Some of them actually made it overseas. Some of them are still to this day being driven by the Taliban. Who knows.
I found one in Jordan in 2017, at a Army base called Tower 22...
Makes the Red Axle Lock panel look like the red headed stepchild even more. I have some aluminum knob bezel covers in my 2015 Grand Cherokee. The heat melted the knobs and made them sticky to the touch. They are a nice upgrade.
The ones @Gvsukids listed I have never heard of. Not saying they are not any good, just be careful with shops that don't come recommended.
I will second Jeepers Den. The owner, Ricky has been in the Central Florida Jeep community since the late 1990's. He is also the one who started the...
If the bad shocks are under warranty, I would force Jeep to provide something to keep you on the road.
I know, that will never happen. Just wanted to post it anyway. I would at least ask them how you are supposed to get to work.
I'm glad you had a good experience. No doubt the team that operates Jeep Beach puts forth a valiant effort every year. They seem to have it down pretty good. Each year you will see improvements. Each year you will also see some stuff that should have been addressed but hadn't.
I'm only one...

I have done some very steep, sugar sand hill climbs. Turn on OffRoad +, press and hold Traction Control button for 10 seconds. You will have plenty of wheel spin in 1st gear and 4H. It's a Mojave, let it run.
Side mounted awning from All-Tops. Mounted on Rebel Offroad half rack. Shovel on one side, traction boards on the other. 10lb C02 tank mounted in bed. The only piece I use at the beach is the awning. The rest is for those who can't make it and get stuck.
The mat rolls up like a sleeping bag and...
I will be camping at Tomoka State Park Wednesday thru Saturday.
It would be cool to meet up with some of you forum people. I know it is hard to do as we are all over the town doing various things.
Thursday will be the beach day for me. I will be right off the Cardinal Ave ramp in Ormond...
National Forest's have always been a dumping ground by people to lazy to take it a few miles further to the dump. It pains me to see all the trash when I'm on a trail, knowing this is what will get it closed down.
Thank you and all the other volunteers that helped do this. Unfortunately it was...
I saw FWC catch a bear in my area and relocate it to ONF back in 2000. She weighed in at 680 lbs. It's rare a Florida Black Bear will get that heavy, but it does happen. That track is a big one.
If you only plan on adding a load/pulling trailer/weight in bed sometimes, the air bags are the simplest way to go. Inflated to 5psi you won't even know they are back there.
Dan - I completely understand your position. It can be hard to convey your feeling in words on the internet. Kudos for keeping it civil.
I refuse to run large groups anymore. The local Jeep clubs, Jeep events, "Jeep Beach", are all filled with ego's that need to be put in check. I hate being...
You ventured into my neck of the woods. You should have drove right down Main Street, Daytona Beach and had all the Bike Week people check out your new ride. They would have welcomed you with open beer cans.
Congratulations on the new JT. Mojave's rule.
The silver skid plate is steel, not aluminum. It is on all Mojave's that come with the plastic bumper. The black skid plate comes on all Mojave's with the steel bumper. They are not interchangeable unless you do some modifications to them.
