Looks like a factory Mopar wheel with some added paint for that model in the picture. I don't believe that wheel with any color is in production or for purchase other than silver.

I did the manual sway bar for years but gave it up because I was tired of getting filthy and trying to get things to line up. Since I already have the onboard air I picked the new sway bar up for $200 so it was the easiest way to go!

Yea I don't think anyone makes the best of all worlds do all design. But anything with a rubber bushing should be quiet and smooth which is nice and little to no maintenance. Just the trade off is a little more binding at large angles of articulation.
