Yes. Like was mentioned...that allows that arm to articulate more without binding or "extruding" the rubber in chunks. It doesnt scream "longevity" though. Depends on the material they used I suppose...
I prefer the Mojave ride on and off road.
My past LJ Rubicon left me unhappy with the 4:1 low for the kind of trail running I do.
The standard ratio T-case with the 4.11 gears is just perfect in my estimation.
Sounds like spark knock. Mine does it even on "91 octane".
Ive talked to a few others that notice it on theirs as well.
My bet is lean mixtures and too high a gear for maximum gas mileage.
It happens at the usual spark knock inducing moments...slight grade and trying to maintain speed. Just...

I "did my own research" back in 2006 on my LJR. Tried different spots and looked at airflow over the hood and underhood temps. Not engine temps. Just the environment where all the expensive gizmos resided. It lowered the underhood temps by about 35 degrees with 115...
just had mine done.
Whatever percentage is legal here now with a limo tint visor on top of it.
Its the ceramic style.
No issues at night so far. I forget its there.
But the amount of heat it blocks out is the real story.
Fantastic!
Im taking my Caprice to get done. It has an acre of windshield...
Uh...yeah...that's something they did.
That's a direct result of the tech working on the steering box.
Used the wrong tool and technique.
That's pickle fork and hammer damage.
You can drive it that way for years but you shouldn't have to.
They sell the correct tool at your FLAPS
I had this idea for a functional heat reduction hood vent. But its a little too big and I cant bring myself to butcher my Mojave "performance hood"
But its in the perfect spot for evacuating the most amount of underhood heat possible
The best place to put heat reduction vents is where all the...

Molle seems Tacti-cool but I cant see really see it being useful in a practical way.
Kinda like the molle in the seat back. I prefer the bungee/pocket storage there.
Molle stuff is on everything now.
Ive tried a few products but most things dont seem to be enhanced by molle accessories
I suggest some PB blaster penetrating oil and large long 1/2" drive flex head ratchet and deep 18MM socket. That nut is self locking and is gonna take more leverage than a wrench can provide
