I just got my hpfp done on my 2021 JTRD. It didn’t fail, was just replaced under the recall. It’s running great , but still getting a weird smell at start up. Almost like burning def or diesel. Also the weird buzzing noise after shutting the truck down went away significantly.

Did you ever get the leak resolved? I just bought a 21 JTRD and have noticed some oil build up which appears to be coming from the oil pan gasket. 12k miles on mine.

Yeah that’s a good idea, I looked it over. And u did notice a little bit of oil starting to accumulate around the oil pan gasket. It’s not leaking but oil is starting to build up. Wondering if warranty would cover that.

I’m not buying from a dealer. It’s a private party sell, so there is probably still some room to negotiate. Dealers have so many markups and hidden “packages” that they can’t remove from the sticker price
