So I would be in a little different situation cause I have a heated garage… it’s always stays above 60. So mornings I’d be good but have to gas it a little ways home before all electric would kick in. I’d still be ok with that.
JCB is burning hydrogen in their production Diesel engines with only some mapping and changes to the top of the engine.

When are we getting a 4Xe Gladiator. That's all I want. I don't want an all electric. I want both. I want to be able to go back and forth to work each day using no gas, then on the weekend take a trip wherever I want for as far as I want and just pop into a gas station and fill up and be on my...
Yes, thank you! I have a heated garage with hot water so I like to quickly hose off my cars when the roads are extra sloppy. This would be perfect cause my main focus is undercarriage and fender wells. I’m just aiming to knock off the majority of the brine and clumps of salt to slow down the...
Interesting point. So far I like how my 3.6L Willy's behaves on the road. I'm really curious and hopeful we "gladiators" are the first small truck to get a hybrid setup "4Xe" as I think it would be a gamechanger for so many scenarios.
And the real hum dinger... does anyone actually know anyone personally who was trying to purchase horse dewormer for the purposes of thinking it would treat covid... or just another "story" like consumer report "reporting" something with a hiden motive behind what they write. It's like a...
What drilled hole size did you go with? 1/8"? Ive considered making one of these for a while but thought I would need some kind of "V" shape... but if straight holes work well, I'm gonna give it a go!
I’m holding out hope that in 4 years when my lease is up, the JT4Xe is available. Then I will be trading in for the best possible vehicle in my mind!

Well they can take their consumer opinion and shove it! Ha! I love my Willy’s!
Plenty of YouTube videos of how to properly wash a car to reduce scratching and swirls and such. I use TLC2 (the last coat). It works pretty well. Once you get a few coats on your rig, bug guts, brake dust and tar come off without even scrubbing… hot water and some normal car soap and they wipe...
No I didn’t. There is no snow shield or alternate intake point for the diesel box… it was considered early on. They must have been in some serious snow because shakedown determined it wasn’t needed. We did just have some complaints coming through about the bellows coming loose from the air box...
I forgot to mention, if you did “dig out the bit with the holes” and just have the outer shell without the inner tuner it will act like a plenum chamber cancelling a lower frequency coming out of the turbo. It would also make for a “lip” entering back into the rubber elbow before the turbo which...
It is only noise. We didn’t see any reduction when we ran the CFD and when we ran it on our flow bench. That being said, we are limited on how large we can make the intake based on the environment package. Aftermarket intakes don’t have to abide by clearance requirements to surrounding engine...
I was part designer of that tuning sleeve and we manufacture the entire air intake from the box to the turbo. I wouldn't remove that tuner as the turbo noises are pretty loud.
I used to work at Truck-Lite... their part construction and quality is unmatched... but the upper management was awful when I was there 15 years ago! HA!
I didn't even realize they made 9"... I'll have to do some research!
