I bought the Chemical Guys stuff after I read that some used dealerships spray it on a rag and put in under the seat. I just wanted to try it. I don't understand the need for a rag. I just spray it on the carpet and it's fine.

Sorry to hear that. It's got to be the screen. The good news is that there are several options for replacement.

$750 for Redline Ceramic Tint all the way around and the windshield. I have it on the other Jeeps and it’s great!

Bypass the aux and replace the main. There are tons of aux bypass threads and many folks on here to help. Try that then check the screen.

And sorry about the other stuff. Remember that you're an RN. Weight of the world on your shoulders, but nothing can stop you!

That's a new Uconnect problem Brent. My guess is that it's way beyond software. There's a mechanical fault at the screen. Is it still under warranty?
