I have read so many treads about Gladiator owners with problems, issues, the various complains, Gladiator vs XYZ and so on. There seems to be lots of complaints. I am just curious of how many members don't have any problems with their Gladiators. I have owned my Gladiator for a year and have...
I opted for the RUBICON, mainly for the front and rear lockers and the options to run 35s without a lift or 37s with a minimal lift. I use my jeep mainly for hunting and drive on heavily rutted woods roads. Ground clearance, mud tires and the more tires that are pulling the better! Additionally...
My cell phone holder is a combination of two products. The first is a JL / JT grab bar 20 mm ball mount from Carolina Metal Masters Offroad. CMM Offroad also has a 1” ball if you prefer the RAM mount products. The second part is a 67 Design, JL / Gladiator Mount Driver Edition Pack. The primary...
Ask them to plug the threaded holes that hold on the bed rails so that no bed liner clogs up the threads. I did not do that when I had my bed liner installed. I had to buy a drill bit and tap set from a big box store (6MM-1.00). I then had to drill out the bed liner and clean out the threads...
I received a system update message yesterday. I started the down load and checked it this morning. The screen said system update was completed successful. If you click on what did this update do it says recall W30 and W35 were fixed. I have a Tazer mini and I did not see any issues with my...
Originally, I had some concerns with the V6 because I have had 3 Hemi Grand Cherokees. BUT... after driving it for almost a year I am happy with the performance. Don't get me wrong, I'd love more HP/torque. If I need to accelerate in a hurry I can. (passing a car in a short passing zone or...
I sold my 2003 Tundra TRD and then bought the Gladiator Rubicon. These vehicles are primarily used for hunting (off road woods roads). You will get better gas mileage with the Gladiator if that is important. My Tundra was an extend cab so the Gladiator has more seating room. You loose a little...
I like the safety equipment and use it often. The cargo option is over priced and can easily added at a lower cost. I have a 110 volt plug in the back seat it needed. Lastly, I removed the partial box under the back seat and can haul larger item that can sit flat on the floor.
I have a Rubicon that is mostly stock. This is a picture from today just before I fueled up.
EDITED: Just to throw fuel on the fire - does traction control effect fuel milage?
