This may be a lot to ask but it would be great if you could do an installation video of the Pro-X kit on the JT or atleast the rear suspension and cradle installation.
WAS GOING TO ASK A SIMILAR QUESTION. I ORDERED A PRO-X 'NO LIMITS' KIT. I WAS WONDERING HOW WE KNOW IF THE KIT I RECEIVE HAS THE UPDATED CRADLE. ALSO CURIOUS IF I CAN FIND OUT ORDER STATUS, WHAT DO YOU NEED FROM ME?
I originally ordered my JTR with a manual trans but switched it to an automatic after talking with many people and finding that was the better option. I have a manual in my '08 JKU and just assumed that like the JKs, the manual would be the better option, but apparently that has changed...
ROCK KRAWLER SUSP. - One of the members mentioned installing the cradle on the Pro-X kit to be difficult. He never mentioned or responded as to in what way that I saw.
Any tips or insight that you guys suggest that may of become apparent at a later date than when the instructions were written...
I'd assume drop ship. Ordered from Smashboogie 4x4 in Newton, New Jersey. They don't keep any of those parts in inventory. Date of invoice from them is November 21, 2019. Sorry...thought it was 19th. No worries though. I figured it would take a while. It is a new kit on a new platform and with...
WOW, I ordered my kit ,Pro-X 'no limits' stage 1, from a small local retailer Nov 19th and I've heard nothing nor received any parts yet. No worries on my end because I don't even have my JTR yet.
I never realized this before ordering. Just checked with a few others and was completely advised against a 6spd if I plan on larger tires. Was told as well as performance issues that there is a ton I have to do to prevent computer issues and errors. Was told that with the new powertrain the auto...
That sucks to hear. The JK 6 spd gave you a lot more flexibility in the gearing. Hence the reason my JKU has 4.88s instead of the usual 5.13 like the auto would of needed. I assumed it would of carried through.
Both of mine are manual 6spd. My '08 is on 37s with 4.88s. Planning on the Rock Krawler 3.0 Pro-X 'no limits lift and 37s on the JTR. I've heard of the difference in the motors and hoping the 4.10s will be adequate for a while.
I ordered my Gladiator Rubicon in the middle of November. Just started reading some of these threads on pricing. Going to get in touch with my salesman to discuss the price as it looks like I'm at approx. 4% under MSRP. From what I've read I should be able to get approx. 10% under invoice. My...
