I also went from halogen to LED with Halos (different brand), with similar issues, I finally hooked my halos (and halos on my fogs) up to one of my aux switches and solved the problems. Set the switch to always be on on the radio. I you have Aux switches this is an easy work around.

It's easy to take the top off with the factory supplied tool for the 4 bolts. I can put it on by myself too, however, putting it on is easier if you have someone help. Can't really tell the top rails are on, it looks fine. I wouldn't use thumbscrews, those 4 bolts are under a lot of strain at...

Ok, problem solved. Wolfram would not sell me a replacement resistor but I picked up a 5w resistor on amazon, 4 for $8 or something like that. Installed it today and I’m good to go.

Newer iPhones have a Voice Isolation setting that is flat amazing. I talk all the time with my soft top down on the built in mic and people hear me perfectly, even on the Highway. If you have an iPhone check this setting out. https://support.apple.com/en-us/101993

Ok there are resistors and the left one has 30.5 ohms and the right is open (OL). Swapped the resistors side to side and the problem followed. I emailed the company Wolfstorm to get a new resistor. I’ll post up the results.
