Be sure to do both driver and passenger sides. My dealer repaired the drivers side satisfactorily, but a short time later the passenger side broke loose. I had to make a return trip.

I still can’t figure out the difference between my 2017 Wrangler Rubicon Recon and my 2020 Gladiator Rubicon. Both had the exact same gearing (4:10) and the same spec Pentastar engine. The Wrangler was gutless
and the Gladiator is very spirited. Puzzlement.
I don’t understand why anyone would buy a manual transmission Gladiator. It is their weakest link. Until FCA finds a better manual transmission, their bullet proof 8 speed automatic is the only way to go. It is so easy to use it as a manual without the clutch for any off-roading.
