  1. JT Overland - alternative to stock "running boards"

https://runningboardwarehouse.com/p/go-rhino-rb10-drop-step-running-boards/v/jeep/gladiator/2020/ I'm close to pulling the trigger on these, but they are pricey, waiting to see if there are any black Friday specials on them.
  2. Icy 4x4 Shodown - TFLoffroad video

And about everything else auto related
  3. Is posting license plates on the forums a bad idea?

I never got the paranoia about it, your plate is on display all the time wherever you go......it ain't a secret.
  4. 35's, no lift?

While these aren't technically "35's", they measure right at 35 inches, zero modifications other than mounting them on the stock wheels. I think plenty of people have 35's without suspension mods, worst case you'd probably need a leveling kit
  5. Removable Bed Liner/Pad

Bedrug also makes a "rubberish" one if the carpet isn't your jam. It's super light, I'd say less than 10lbs.
  6. 17" wheels and 35" tires on Overland?

Not at all, and I drive 100% on road, have never been off roading and probably never will be. It's a good compromise between looks and comfort IMO.
  7. 17" wheels and 35" tires on Overland?

Cooper Discoverer ATS. They are a nice balance between aggressive looking and comfortable on road.
  8. WTB: Overland running boads (plastic ones) in PA

Ill have mine available in a couple weeks once my new ones come in, but in in Cbus Ohio, but travel to Pittsburgh area occasionally.
  9. Overland Wheel/Tire upgrade combo suggestions

Cooper Discoverer here, super pleased with them the ride is still great (as it can be lol).
  10. Rugged Ridge Gladiator Rubicon Build [SEMA 2019]

Most of the Truck Hero brands are made in the US, but they design stuff in house and send it off to the cheapest willing manufacturer for Rugged Ridge
  11. Microfiber lint stuck on glass

Yeah, they are handy for dirty jobs, but they never touch my paint or glass. This set is stellar, the blue towels are the best I've used, as you can see ive purchased them several times, all have held up, I use them on my home windows as well.highly recommend.
  12. Nexen Roadian MTX experience?

I can't comment specifically on these, but on my Hellcat I got a set of Nexen snow tires for 500 bucks, figured they were going to be crap and that thing was beast mode in the snow with them on. Was super pleased with them. Made me somewhat of a Nexen fan.
  13. When does a demo become used?

I'm not sure if it's still like this, but I worked for BMW corporate years ago and a dealer could sell a demo or one of our company cars as "new" up to 25,000 miles on it as long as it hadn't been titled.
  14. OEM Plus Overland Build

Got rid of those pesky silver foglight trims. Steel bumper at some point, this is just a bandaid haven't found one I love yet
  15. Anyone else bothered by this Uconnect feature?

2018 started the regulation, I'd be willing to bet all cars are that way now. Now you got me curious going to check my non FCA cars!
  16. Anyone else bothered by this Uconnect feature?

Oh I get it, just guessing FCA legal is behind not messing with it.
  17. Injen Technology Gladiator Build [SEMA 2019]

I think that's one of the more well done ones I've seen. Not a fan of the snorkel, but I get it.
  18. Anyone else bothered by this Uconnect feature?

Assume it has to do with the regulation that all vehicles need a backup camera, so they won't let you turn it off.
  19. Gladiator Caliper Covers

It's to make it look like you have brembos. Throw on a "Type R" badge to complete the look.
  20. Rugged Ridge Snorkel

I have zero intention of going in deep water but that low profile one is calling my name, is need to get it paint matched though, wish you could order them like that.
