Yes they're compatible. You'll need our threaded stud as well. The track is required to accept our threaded stud then accept the panel. You just need a 10mm or 3/8" dia. to slip the panel over the threaded stud. If you have additional questions, give us a call at 800-666-1586.

We do not have a spacer available. By keeping the track flush with the face of the rail, it eats up a lot of real estate in the bed.
