Is this a different item then the engine trying to rev match? I dont have a Rubicon but I have a manual and coming to a stop sometimes without pushing in the clutch the engine will pump up the RPMs slightly.

i would interested in your experience after you install the sound deadener. I saw a couple videos that showed almost no difference in adding it (sound level) for all the time spent to add it. Provide some decibel readings before and after.
