Yeah, I hoping my $8 solution would work over a $70 one. Welp the fenders were free so I guess I needed to pay it some how to get them to work 100%. Just annoying cause I plan to chop them down the road.
I sent them an email so we will see what they say about their PnP resistors. I swore I saw at one time that they said they wouldn't sell it without buying their fender chop kit. I don't see it on their site any more. I would really like it if I could get the resistors I bought to fix the...
I upgraded my Willys halogen fenders to LED Rubicon. I am now getting the lights out message. I got some resistors and installed them. No dice. I tried all the wires white wires (individually) with the other end on the ground. Still didn’t fix the issue. I tried the white/green with the...
Heck even the $1,400 Stinger is a bunch for it. For 2 grand the Carobotor J-Max unit looks cheap compared to some of the units out. I will probably be sticking with my 7" for a while till costs get under control.
I wonder if they couldn't find a supplier to make them. I kinda like these the most out of the flush mounts out right now. I wonder how hard it would be for them to find a place to 3d print the housing instead of a plastic injected mold.
Rubicon and Mojave are two pieces, while all the others are one. It all depends on what you want. The best kit is based on what type of LED you want. RR now has two different fenders with LED in them (metal and plastic).
I have a similar one from Amazon. I got the KSCPRO Soft Tri Fold Truck Bed Tonneau Cover. It has a very similar handle but I do not have any issues with it interfering with the light. Some times it is hard to get the rod to align with the slot but works for a pretty inexpensive cover.
I have an old lifetime subscription on a tuner. I bought a previous car with it installed, i went to have it switched to my name and they wouldn't do it. So for me to use SAT radio without paying monthly I need to be able to add a tuner. This and the wired Carplay are deal breakers; I do have...
It looks light years ahead of the old unit. I am very happy they changed their branding on it. I wish they would have added wireless Carplay/Android Auto, made it a 10" display and added a port for a Sat radio tuner.
Nice that they upgraded you to their new version; instead of having you send...
Remove it first. It is really simple to take the rear panel off by taking out the 2 screws under the armrest that holds it on. Take the armrest off and then the rear panel pulls off. There is a decent amount of space back there but best to be sure. I added 4 USBs and 2 12V plugs to the back...
Only if that was a Sting Gray Gladiator. I have been eyeing those rims for some point down the road, just not sure which color to go with my Sting Gray truck.
