I know I don't need the power of the diesel (won't be towing/hauling much). I am mostly hoping the diesel economy is a similar increase to what it was in the ram (27mpg vs 23mpg).

I am guessing $47,940 sticker price to start the Rubicon. I am guessing unless you qualify for special pricing through Blue Ribbon or one of the other programs to get close to invoice there is enough pent up demand many dealerships will be unwilling to negotiate below sticker at the beginning.
