Hello, the reason our products do not fit the OEM Mopar Factory Tonneau Cover is because the cover is too wide and it takes up all the space in the bed rail leaving no room for our mount bases! Hope this helps. Thank you

We understand your opinion. As you can see in the picture the cover does not leave any space in the bed rail for any type of bed accessories such as tool boxes, roll bars, chase bars or bed racks.
